MicroPartner has just launched a new collaboration with Flexfone, which offers a complete telecommunications solution across platforms

We have just launched a collaboration with Flexfone, which is a Danish company specializing in the business telephony of the future. Flexfone is best known for Myfone and offers business telephony across a range of platforms, including mobile telephony, online telephony, desk telephony, and via a mobile app. Flexfone has also, as the first in Denmark, been approved for an integration into Microsoft Teams, so you get access to many of Myfone’s functions directly in Teams.
With Flexfone you get a variety of options, including:
Call flow
With a call flow from Flexfone, you can make sure that your customers, colleagues, and partners easily get through to the right department or employee. You can set up different paths or flows that guide callers through different steps, for example:
- Main number
- Voice mail
- Welcome greeting
- Main menu
- Opening hours
- Telephone queues
- Speaks

Switchboard
With Myfone.dk you can get an overview of different queues and employees. You can see who is serving which queues, who is available and busy, and whether your colleagues are in the office or working from home.
Myfone has a built-in softphone that enables you to make and receive calls. You can log on a queue and of a queue. You also have access to Myfone’s profiles, which let you control whether your phone should ring or be redirected, if you have a meeting or time off.
Features on the go
Myfone is also available as an app, so you can take your phone functions with you on the go. You can, for example, manage your registration and deregistration for queues, and see if a colleague is available or busy. You can also redirect calls, listen to voicemail, manage your profiles and more.
Desk telephone
If you need a desk phone, Flexfone has made sure that desk phones can be integrated into the solution. This means that when you receive a call on Myfone.dk or on your mobile, you can also receive it on your desk phone. Flexfone guarantees functionality on Yealink phones, but also supports several SNOM and LG models.
Microsoft Teams
Flexfone has, as the first in Denmark, an integration with Microsoft Teams. As a result, you can use Teams as a softphone or use it along with your mobile or desk phone.
