With Continia e-Documents Import, you can get your documents digitally directly in Business Central. Continia e-Documents Import detects documents that contain data and do not require automatic OCR processing.
With Continia e-documents Import, you get registration of e-documents as an integrated part of your work with Business Central.
Registration and approval procedure
Continia e-Documents Import uses VAT number to identify the suppliers in Business Central.
Continia e-Documents Import assigns the document a set of registration, approval, and posting rules, so that you can quickly register the e-document on a purchase invoice.
You can send the supplier invoice for approval immediately, if you wish.
Handles all formats
Continia e-Documents Import has direct communication with leading VANS (Value Added Network Service) providers. As a result, you more easily receive your e-documents directly in Business Central via the secure networks of these VANS providers.

You can easily receive other formats by converting them through a VANS provider.
With Continia e-Documents Import, you can specify how your e-documents are to be handled. You can transfer them to an internal file folder and import them yourself. You can also download them directly to Business Central from a VANS provider system.
