An ERP system for a complex process
DanuCare is a privately-owned company that, among other, sells nutrition drinks and tube feeding formula to patients under the ‘Green prescription scheme’. A scheme where cititzens according to specific regulations get subvention.

Invoice split
In order to service citizens, regions and the municipalities DanuCare needed a tailored ERP system. It needed to be able to split the same invoice in three in order for each party to pay their share.
Specs for the system
The system needed, in a clear manner, to be able to split the same invoice in three. This was necessary for the citizen, municipality, and the region to pay their share.
DanuCare also wanted a system with build-in intelligence. The system had to manage logistics including controlling of dates, order picking and still manage sales and invoicing.

High demands for suppliers

About the solution
DanuCare has chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With a little programming the system was able to split the same invoice in three and be used for inventory management, invoicing, and CRM.
