What is Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?
Customer Voice is an add-on to Dynamics 365, where you can work with surveys and user feedback.
Customer Voice is included in the following Dynamics 365 applications: Sales Enterprise, Customer Service Enterprise, Field Service, Marketing and Human Resources.
It is possible to buy Customer Voice separately if you use the other Dynamics 365 applications. It is also possible to purchase Customer Voice without a Dynamics 365 application.
What can you use Customer Voice for?
With Customer Voice, you can collect and record the measurement points that matter to your company based on survey data. Based on data, you can react quickly.
Obtain feedback through questionnaires
