He mentions how the CRM solution contributes to recruiting for the carefully balanced chief executive network. New potential members are scored according to industry, job titles and physical distance to Presidents Institute’s meeting facilities, which gives a total score for a recruitment campaign directed to member in e.g. Belgium.
The CRM solution is also the engine behind membership management and the daily ‘production’ of meetings and conferences. A task that takes a lot of coordination are sign ups and booking of resources. Each group has an experienced chief executive as moderator and Presidents Institute also organizes this external resource through the CRM solution.
Presidents Institute has 80 employees and over 60 of them work with the CRM solution on a daily basis. CRM is a necessary IT support for a long list of daily tasks with organizing meetings and contacting participants.

The Manageability and transparency have now grown because a clear focus on most possible standard and most possible cloud has resulted in an extensive growth strategy.
Presidents Institute experienced a rough IT period a few years back which lead to technical debt. That chapter is over and with MicroPartner, Presidents Institute can develop forward instead of repairing backward.
The organization has had its own developing people, but lately the company has leaned on the partnership with MicroPartner.
The IT installation include Microsoft NAV, Office 365, Exchange, Sitecore and the CRM solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. When the organization was founded in 2005, it was running on a proprietary CRM solution which was replaced by Microsoft CRM to create agility and fast preparedness in order to e.g. open new offices in new countries.
MicroPartner is now supplier and development company and is responsible for the integration between the ERP system and CRM, and MicroPartner has also helped bring the organization’s IT installation to Microsoft’s cloud environment Azure.
For now, it is the on-premise version of Dynamics 365 that the company uses in Azure, but Jacob Oredson expects it to become a full cloud version.

On the long-term basis Presidents Institute need agility. The network organization must be able to open and close offices in new countries if the organization gains momentum on the market in question.
It has to be as easy and painless as possible and that requires the manageable and cloud-based solution that the partnership with MicroPartner is guarantor of on Microsoft’s platforms.
