DIGITAL WORKSHEETS

TIME REGISTRATION AND TIME SHEET
The fitters can, after the end of the working day, register their time via mobile / tablet / PC in a user-friendly system that can calculate, for example, shed money, tent surcharges, etc. at contractual rates.

QUOTE
With Scaffolding 365, a complete business solution for the scaffolding industry, conductors can prepare a quote more quickly.
The final quote is converted into a beautiful document, designed in Word, and, as a result, can support the company’s visual identity with colors, logo, and font.
This means that the customer will always get a consistent experience, no matter which conductor has created the quote.
Offers can be sent as a pdf to the customer.
ORDERS AND REMINDERS
With an order process that has been worked into the system, the conductors can, among other things, plan and manage their time in relation to deadlines with the help of reminders.
The system can help control the process and provide reminders for deadlines, for example:
- questions to the client, inspection, and submission of quotes in connection with tenders.
- application for approvals and permits from Road and Park, the airport etc.
WORKING ON SITE
Scaffolding 365 allows the conductors to work more flexibly.
The conductors can upload pictures of measurements in the system directly from their phones and link them to the correct case and quote, while on site.
They no longer need to go back to the office and unload pictures, and then transfer them to the computer.



INSPECTIONS
Scaffolding 365 can control the inspection process. The conductor in charge can get reminders for when it is time for an inspection.
The conductor can access the list of requirements for setup via his phone or tablet, and the list can be reviewed together with the customer on site, where any improvements and / or approvals are noted in the system via telephone / tablet.
In this way, documentation can be secured, and all requirements are met.
KNOWLEDGE SHARING
Scaffolding 365 allows for knowledge sharing.
The conductors get an overview because they can see which quotes are being worked on.
The overview ensures that they do not bid on the same task and, as a result, avoid duplication of work.
Via a dashboard, the conductors have an overview of active measurements, quotes, orders, and which cases have been deregistered and where the scaffolding is to be taken down.
