Flexfone has also, as the first in Denmark, been approved for integration into Microsoft Teams, which allows you to access many of Myfone’s functions directly in Teams.

With Myfone from Flexfone, you get a complete telephone system via browser and mobile (Myfone app).
Via Myfone.dk, which is your personal telephony platform, you have access to all functions, customers, colleagues, and partners.



Myfone – how it works:
Complete overview of telephony
With Myfone from Flexfone, you and your employees get full control of your telephony. You can see if your colleagues are talking on the phone, are in a meeting, are on vacation, are registered for a queue – all from either your browser or your mobile.
It is easy to connect your mobile or desk phone to telephone queues. Myfone can convert all your phone numbers to one number. That way, you avoid having extra phones and SIM cards.
Profiles
If you are in a meeting, you can let your calls go directly to voice mail. With Myfone’s profiles, you can control your profiles yourself, allowing you full control over your incoming and outgoing calls. This means, that you can organize your work days and working hours yourself, so that your calls are forwarded or sent to voice mail, if you are in a meeting or on vacation.
Call history
You get a complete overview of your call history, so you can easily see, who you have talked to when and for how long.
Voice mail
With Myfone from Flexfone, you get a visual answering machine / voice mail that gathers all your messages in one place. You can easily listen to and delete your messages – and you can even have them sent to your email. You can also see who has left the message, so you can call back quickly.
Desk phones
You can have your own desk phone, so you can efficiently manage your calls with just one click.
Built-in softphone
With Myfone from Flexfone, you can make and receive calls via your browser on your computer via a softphone. All you need is a headset, microphone, and internet connection.

Forwarding
With Myfone from Flexfone, you get, during ongoing calls, several functions made available, including:

To forward a call, you can search for either the name or phone number of the person, you want to forward to.

With Flexfone, you can decide how your call flow should be set up. When a customer calls your main number, you can let the call go through different steps depending on the time the customer calls, who the customer wants to talk to and more.

Forwarding
With Myfone from Flexfone, you can easily set up forwarding via Myfone.dk. For example, using profiles, you can ensure that all your incoming calls are forwarded to a colleague when you are in a meeting, do not want to be disturbed, or are on vacation.
You can also forward your calls using the following features:
Queue
At Myfone.dk, you can make sure that your calls are forwarded to a queue such as sales, customer service, marketing, or finance.
Country code
Calls from countries other than Denmark can be forwarded via country code to a specific queue or a specific opening time. This can be useful, for example, if your company has several foreign offices.
Speak
You can forward calls to speak, which tells who the customer has called.

You can allow customers who call the ability to enter a department or queue themselves.
Variable call flow
With variable call flow, you can decide how a call should be forwarded – with a touch of a button. It can be useful, for example, if you one day decide to open earlier than at your normal opening hours.
Opening hours
You can forward your calls to opening hours, so that customers, who call, are notified that they have called outside opening hours, and can call back within your opening hours again.
External number
You can forward to an external number, for instance, a partner.

The Myfone app is available for both iOS and Andriod.

The Myfone app gives you access to plenty of options on the go:
Exchange
The Myfone app supports Exchange, so you can access your colleagues’ Outlook calendars on the go.
Profile management
Via the app, you can easily change your Myfone profile manually, or you can let automatic profile change manage your daily communication. Automatic profile change can alter your profile status according to your Outlook calendar. This way, you can ensure that you are not disturbed when you are in a meeting, and that you receive your calls on the go and not on your desk phone.









Queue
You have access to queues directly on the phone, so you can easily connect to and from different queues. Via the visual overview, you can quickly see which of your colleagues are working with which queue.
Voice mail
You can both listen, rewind, delete, and have messages sent via e-mail and SMS via the app.
Forward calls
You can easily forward calls, and you can decide whether the forward should be made directly or supervised. The supervised forward allows you to ensure, that your colleague is prepared for the call, before it is forwarded.
Status of colleagues
The Myfone app has an intelligent contact book, which combines your existing contacts with your colleagues, so you have all your contacts in one place. That way, you can quickly get hold of the person you need. You can see where your colleagues are, and if they are available to receive calls.

Desk phone
Desk telephone integrated in your telephony
Many companies still use desk phones and with Flexfone, the desk phone becomes an integrated part of your telephony, so you can receive calls on both softphone, mobile, and desk phone.
With the desk phone, you have access to several smart functions, that make your work day easier. You can set your shortcuts on Myfone.dk, allowing you quickly to:

Microsoft Teams and Myfone
Myfone – also in Microsoft Teams
As the first in Denmark, Flexfone has received approval for a business telephony app in Microsoft Teams. With Flexfone’s integration, you not only get a softphone in Teams, but you also get access to many of Myfone’s functions directly in Teams.
For example, you can manage your call profiles, sign up for queues, and see all your colleagues’ call status using the Myfone Teams app.

Make and receive calls in Teams
Flexfone’s telephony is integrated with Microsoft Teams. This means that you can let all your calls take place here. Using Team’s own softphone, you can easily make and receive your calls from both colleagues and external contacts.
At the same time, the Myfone Teams app ensures that you have all Myfone’s other telephony functions at your fingertips. All directly in Teams.
Call functions in Teams
With your softphone in Teams, you can both forward directly or supervised, for example, to a colleague in Teams.
If you need to forward to other devices, you can easily do so in the Myfone Teams app.
Sign up for a phone queue in Teams
With Myfone in Teams from Flexfone, you get full control over your telephony.
You can sign up for telephone queues, change your call profiles, and get an overview of your colleagues.
In other words, you get all the features of Myfone available in Teams.

Flexfone has intelligent call profiles, that let you decide which of your numbers, you want to go through in Teams and when.
For example, you can choose only to receive calls in Teams. Or you can choose to receive calls on both your desk phone, mobile, and in Teams at the same time.

Flexfone’s solution connects all your devices in one place.
This means, that on Myfone.dk and in the Myfone app, you can always see which calls you have answered in Teams, on your mobile, or on desk phone.

With a Flexfone Wallboard, you can optimize management of incoming calls with relevant data about your daily telephony. That way, you can allocate the right resources when the need arises.

You can customize your Wallboard to suit your needs:
Create an overview with modules
You can divide the Wallboard into columns and move the modules around using a drag and drop function.
Employee list module
With the Wallboard, you can see all employees who are registered in a queue via the Employee List module.
You can also see who is available and busy, as well as the number of incoming and outgoing calls an employee has handled.
Simple queue module
With the queue module, you can see all the employees who are registered for a queue. The queue module is especially suitable, if your company has many queues and wants to see all of them in one Wallboard.
Extended queue display module
With the extended queue display module, you can get an overall overview of the call statistics that have been on a queue.
Wallboard that complies with your company’s CVI
You can set up the Wallboard to reflect the visual identity of your company with your logo and colors in the top bar.
