Attach pictures of receipts

You can use Expense Management to record expenses and attach photos of receipts. This way, your travelers can arrange expense reporting in a few steps while on the go. They can simply take a picture, fill in the required fields, and send directly to the accounting department.

Credit card consumption is imported directly into Business Central and is automatically linked to the registered receipts.

Approve expenses on the go

With Expense Management, you can easily approve expenses on the go. You can approve expenses either directly in Business Central or online via web browser. In this way, all relevant employees in the organization have access to the approval workflow when they need it.

As an approver, you can view the original receipt on the screen and either approve, reject, put on hold, or forward to another person for review or approval. Adding comments or attachments is easy.

Available documents

Continia Expense Management 365 can archive all original documents. You can retrieve the original documents via the standard Business Central navigation feature.
