Dynamics Copilot is an AI-driven tool that provides intelligent assistance to users of Dynamics 365 products. Dynamics Sales Copilot and Dynamics Marketing Copilot serve as the intelligent assistant for users of Dynamics Sales and Insight. Copilot can provide a quick overview of key information about your leads and opportunities, such as estimated revenue, closing date, contact person, pipeline stage, and proposed solution. Copilot can enrich your leads with information from other systems like Dynamics 365 Sales, LinkedIn, and Bing, such as potential contacts, latest news, and suggested LinkedIn profiles. This can help you uncover more insights and opportunities for your leads. Copilot can assist you in preparing for your upcoming meetings with your leads and opportunities by providing a summary of meeting details, agenda, attendees, and relevant information. Dynamics Sales Copilot can also help users automate repetitive tasks, provide intelligent suggestions, and enhance their creativity. You can also ask Copilot to send you a reminder before the meeting.

Today, customers expect hyper-personalization from the brands they interact with, which requires marketers to have a deep understanding of their customers. However, this knowledge is often locked away in data platforms and managed by data and analytics teams. Accessing and analyzing this data using SQL queries can take weeks, delaying marketers in delivering the personalized experiences that customers demand.

The exciting new Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights allows data analysts and marketers to directly engage with customer data using natural language. This saves time for data analysts by letting them write the query in their own words instead of identifying the query in SQL. This feature democratizes access to insights, enabling marketers to ask questions using everyday language and receive instant answers without needing to know SQL programming. With simple prompts, marketers can explore, understand, and predict customer preferences and needs in near real-time, reducing the reliance on data and analytics teams to deliver the customer insights they need.

Copilot enables marketers to create targeted customer experiences and interactions informed by data-driven decisions. With access to the natural language data discovery feature in Customer Insights, they can build confidence by validating and discovering customer insights for their marketing strategies. For example, a marketer can ask Copilot how many of their customers match the profile of living in Washington, DC, being over 25 years old, and having attended a promotional event within the last six months. With just a few clicks, Copilot will present the results of their query, including the number of customers matching attributes or behaviors, along with other useful information such as customer lifetime value, product preferences, or average purchase price. Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights removes the barrier of having to formulate queries in SQL to gain a deeper understanding of customers, enabling marketers to accelerate and scale the delivery of hyper-personalized experiences that customers expect.

Get segment suggestions in an instant

Marketers can now quickly get segment suggestions without the hassle of manually building customer segments. With Query Assist, a new Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 Marketing, marketers can describe the segment in their own words, after which Query Assist builds the segment and allows them to review and customize it before the next email campaign.

Previously, marketers had to rely on the one person in the company who understands data models and queries to create targeted segments. With generative AI targeting, marketers can now quickly move from planning to execution.

Create compelling content with ease

We are also excited to announce the release of our second Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 Marketing, Content Ideas, which leverages next-generation AI to provide outstanding assistance to marketers in their content creation efforts. Content Ideas uses AI to generate content, allowing marketers to save time while still delivering engaging and relevant emails to their audience.

To create this powerful feature, we worked for over 10 months with hundreds of trial customers, collecting and analyzing marketing emails from the public domain to fine-tune our AI model. The result is a highly accurate and reliable Content Ideas engine that uses Azure OpenAI Service to generate content suggestions that marketers can easily edit, personalize, and send to their customers. With the Copilot Content Ideas feature, marketers can spend less time on copywriting and more time on strategic marketing efforts.

Copilot in Business Central

Dynamics Business Central Copilot is the AI-driven assistant in Business Central that will aid productivity. With Copilot in Business Central, it empowers workers with intuitive AI tools to get more done with less effort, without needing to become data scientists. Copilot has streamlined the end-to-end process, from uploading an image to Business Central, to AI-driven suggestions for marketing copies based on your product’s attributes like color and material, to publishing it on your online store with just a few clicks. Create a new entry by uploading an image. Business Central analyzes the image and automatically suggests a matching category from your list of item categories. Business Central utilizes Azure OpenAI and GPT technology to suggest a compelling product description based on the item’s attributes, category, and name (description).

Microsoft Copilot is an innovative tool designed to assist users in working more efficiently and creatively. The tool is based on machine learning algorithms, enabling it to learn from user behavior and provide personalized assistance. Microsoft Copilot is available as part of Microsoft 365 and is also accessible for Teams and several Dynamics products. Copilot is rapidly evolving, continuously improving over time.
